P90X2

The SEQUEL!  While I haven’t gone through P90X2 yet, I know many people who have a say it is the perfect NEXT STEP after completing P90X or for someone desiring to get started with the advanced workout.

P90X2® is still based on the muscle confusion principle of the original P90X.  This helps to break through the normal training plateaus of the standard workout = faster results.  P90X2 ups the ante with a training technique developed by professional sports trainers for world class results: P.A.P., or Post-Activation Potentiation.  Don’t try to remember the word, just remember that it works. Like crazy.

P90X2 requires the standard workout equipment of chin-up bar, resistance bands or dumb bells, plus in P90X2 you’ll need a stability ball, medicine ball, and foam roller.  All this is great equipment to have and can all be purchased as part of a package through Beachbody.  Believe me, I have checked the prices against local retailers and online shops – this is great product and good prices!
