Marketed as “The hardest workout program ever put on DVD”.  Shaun T puts you through your cardio paces in these workouts.  One of my friends said that Insanity is no problem as long as you regularly run 5 miles a day through the mud!

I am literally waiting on my Insanity package to get here as I type.  I am excited about getting started with Insanity and really improve my cardio.

This is a 60 day total body conditioning program.  No additional equipment or weights are needed – although a good pair of shoes and exercise mat are highly recommended.

Shaun T has designed these workouts using a method he calls Max Interval Training.  It is cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training.  It happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest so you can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.
