This is the sequel to Insanity by Shaun T.  This is a 30-day program that is designed to build speed, coordination, agility, and power.  These workouts have more of a sports-specific training, very similar to many programs that pro athletes participate in.

This package includes 6 Intense Workouts: Speed & Agility (45 minutes), Vertical Plyo (40 minutes), Relief (25 minutes), Strength (50 minutes), Back to Core (45 minutes), and Game Day (60 minutes).

You will need either resistance bands or dumb bells, however, the package includes an agility ladder and speed rope
